In the not so distant future, the Department of Justice tracks the movements of every living being on the planet through sophisticated chips implanted in their arms. Computers determine the perpetrators of a crime within minutes of it taking place, containment teams are sent out to collect the guilty, and punishment is immediate and ruthless. When an outspoken opponent of the system apparently commits suicide after the tragic deaths of his family, Jacob realizes that the department itself is guilty of murder, blackmail and corruption. And the only way to expose the truth is to force an investigation into the system. In a desperate bid to avenge the death of his friend, Jacob sets out to kill the Chief Justice and somehow escape the containment teams.
