The author of this act is Roy (Rani.s Brother). He is associated with Ivan, the head of an illegal organization. Ivan is asking for $500,000 of ransom in exchange for Minu.s (daughter) life. Minu manages to escape from her captors. Finding herself lost in an unknown place. She finds help when she runs into a woman named Lola. Lola is a Mexican illegal woman who sells tamales on the street of her neighborhood of La Villita.
