The film is based on the real life experiences of the three main people: a fashion designer who relinquished his career as a high quality clothes designer to live and work in Thailand; a doctor who resigned his hospital post as a surgeon to care for the terminally ill; and a singer who terminated her contact with a major record company and turned to living off the land. The film deals with the sanctity of life featuring people.s real lives in the past, the present, and the future, interweaving with traditional clothes-making and village life in the beautiful nature of northern Thailand.
