A visual diary, a mosaic of thoughts and emotions, a journey into the mind remembering three days which have left a deep trace in the life of a man. The transition from depression to mania. The thoughts, which wonder through the mind of a man who has just been diagnosed of being manic-depressive. The protagonist takes us on a visual journey accompanied by his narration, excerpts from his personal diary. Three days, three different landscapes, three music pieces and three states of mind. The journey ends when the protagonist arrives in the psychiatric clinic in his room, 411, where he starts writing his personal diary, which this film is based on. Based on a true story.
